Winch-outs in the Triad
Getting stuck happens fast: one wheel drops off a soft shoulder, the gravel driveway turns to mush after rain, or the car slides into a shallow ditch. The worst thing you can do is keep spinning the tires. It digs the car deeper, polishes the ground under the wheels and can overheat the transmission. Stop, put it in park, turn on your hazards and call. A winch-out uses a cable and proper recovery points to pull the vehicle back onto solid ground slowly, without yanking on bumpers or suspension parts. If the car drives normally once it's out, you're on your way. If something got bent or starts leaking, we can tow it to your shop instead. Tell us how deep the tires are and whether the car is tilted.
