Program

JCHservices LLC ("JCH Towing") offers two text message programs: (1) service messages about your request, such as follow-ups, status updates and confirmations; and (2) optional promotional messages, such as tips, offers and local updates.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the matching box on one of our website forms. Each program has its own checkbox. Checking a box is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You can submit a form without checking either box.

Message frequency

• Service messages: frequency varies based on your request.
• Promotional messages: up to 4 messages per month.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (888) 383-0095.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
